Online Card Registration

If you are a Pelham, NH resident or own property in Pelham, you may fill out this form to register for a temporary free library card. Temporary cards expire after 30 days after registration. Once processed, a librarian will send you an email with your 10-digit temporary library card number. You can use this to place holds on materials, access the library's online resources, or check out and read ebooks and audiobooks. Please note, holds and checkouts of digital items using your temporary card cannot be transferred to your permanent card. When you come to the library to pick up your permanent card, please bring your ID and proof of residency. For full details on registration, see the library's policies.

If you are not a Pelham resident or do not qualify for a free library card, please visit the library to sign up for a card. Non-residents cannot register for a library card online and must pay a yearly fee to access the library.
